This appears to be a clear case of fraud. The product was advertised as "Buy One Get One Free," which clearly means I should have received a total of 20 kg. However, I have only received 10 kg. This is highly misleading and unacceptable. I request immediate action to either send the missing quantity or issue a full refund.
