Been using this for about 3 weeks now and it’s honestly made a difference. I’ve always struggled to gain weight, especially with a fast metabolism, so I needed something with a good calorie and protein hit—this does the job. One serving gives you a solid 478 calories and 31g of protein, which is perfect for getting that extra intake in without feeling like you’re forcing down loads of food. I usually take it once a day after workouts, sometimes twice on rest days if I need the boost. Also a side note to mention is that with full fat milk it’ll boost the calories to 700 or so. The strawberry flavour is actually decent—not too sweet or fake tasting like some others I’ve tried. Mixes well in a shaker with water or milk, no major lumps or chalkiness. Haven’t had any issues with digestion or bloating either, which is a big plus for a mass gainer. Energy levels have been up, and I’ve already noticed a bit more muscle fullness and some steady weight gain. Taste is really good with water, it works perfectly, the only problem is that it is quite caloric, but is good to gain mass.

Ive tried a few different brands and like this one after exercise or if I don't want to cook as it gives good energy and quick to mix. I have a sensitive stomach and this mix gives no issues for me like others.. flavour is just right and it mixes well with water or milk and is easy to drink. Best mixed with a mini blender but is OK mixed with a fork.

Flavouring is fantastic, £19 odd is bit expensive, but when it goes to £10 I buy a few bags, hard to find a better product than this, but don’t want to pay £19 for 2kg only lasts a week haha
