I love Celtic salt.I would advise you to do your own research, but I take a grain of Celtic salt, allow it to dissolve on my tongue, then drink plenty of fresh water, and it hydrates me 100% for the next day. Its great stuff. You don't need but 1 grain. Tastes great.I have found that I have more energy and am fully hydrated for the next days activities. I do practice good hydration techniques. You still must drink water if you are staying active, no doubt, but for me, this helps me with cramps and of course hydration.

This is really great salt. Has minerals, magnesium, calcium, selenium. I used it for a salt water gargle bc I had a sore throat. It actually worked!!I take 2 pinches every day with a glass of water to hydrate. I highly recommend Celtic salt.

This stuff is natural, and amazing. Gives u the trace minerals your body needs to function properly and keep illnesses away. The table salt at the store is awful for your health and causes illnesses. (Research “how bad is cheap store salt for your body”). This has upscales the flavor of my food, and it’s healthy! I forget how much good salt does for the flavor of your food. It’s night & day from the table salt in restaurants and in the store. I have a small container I keep in my purse when we go out… yeah, that’s how much of a difference this stuff makes!!! I don’t need to cut back on it because it’s actually good for your body. Imagine that!I give a pinch to my dogs in their rice or on their food so they get the minerals they need too. 🐾💕

I like the taste and texture of the salt. I use it to season my chicken and in my salads it’s delicious.

Seems to be good quality and an easy substitute for bio cell salts. I do seem to feel a little more stamina since taking a pinch every other day, or more .

Great flavor. Salt is very moist which was unexpected. But very yummy.

Seems to work good for hydration when taken with water. I work in a large auto plant and need a salt that works quickly, for hydration.
