I never had this kind of pathetic experience with Amazon. Product is faulty and I had been trying to return from 10 days.First time no one came to pick return package but status updated " customer denied return" after many attempts connected amazon customer care.Again on 18th return executive didn't come on time. After coming to housing society didn't wait to collect and left withing minute. It is a willfull action of customer harassment. Painful part is that we can not call back to them as they don't have any number.The number from which we get call is not reachable. There is 12 minutes hold in AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE. Now no no connection.Horrible experience.I have enquired from Nilkamal company too. They simply said it is total responsibility of Amazon.Never buy these products from Amazon.Amazon is good for small amount purchase not for anything valuable

I ordered this cupboard three times, and each time it arrived with a visible crack on the top panel—just above the door (see attached photo). After returning it twice, we finally accepted the third one, assuming this flaw is a consistent manufacturing defect present in all units. Had it not been for this defect the product would have merited 5 stars.Additionally, the installation experience was quite poor. The technicians who arrived clearly lacked proper training or experience. They were unfamiliar with the assembly process, did not realise that all parts were labelled, and initially attached several components incorrectly. They had to rely heavily on the manual—and eventually, on my guidance—to complete the installation.Overall, the product quality and service were disappointing for the price paid.

Overall the product Quality is good. Packaging was also good but assembly process of the product is not that easy and smooth as shown in the video. But once done properly every part fits perfectly .
