Old Favorite
I chose these Superfeet run high arch support insoles as a second pair to the pair I’ve used for walking over the past six years. I needed a second pair because I wear them both for my two-hour daily walk and my eight-hour shift at work. I got tired of moving the one pair between two pair of shoes. Superfeet should be commended for retaining the same model insert for many years instead of making a change every year like shoe manufacturers. I can attest to the quality and longevity of the insoles as my old pair feel just as comfortable as the new pair. Choosing the right model for your needs is simplified with color coding and precise descriptions in terms of who and what a particular model is best suited. I chose a running insole even though I’m not a runner. The detailed descriptions allowed me to focus on the features that would best suite my needs over the intended function of the insole. The insoles have a brief break-in period while the insole shapes to fit your foot. I wouldn’t call these “high arch”, as other high arch insoles I’ve tried feel much more pronounced. The level of arch support is spot on providing just the right amount of support without affecting comfort. The quality and engineering of these insoles rivals the best on the market. The cover is a textured durable woven material, the design includes a heel cup not often found in an off-the-shelf insole. Other features include a mid-foot length protective plastic shell that doubles as the arch support. The primary material is molded with built-in flex points and firm cushioning that, once broken in, shapes to fit your foot providing a much higher level of comfort. I use them in my walking shoes averaging two hours a day as well as in my work shoes where I am on my feet for the full eight-hour shift.

Great fitting product and helps feet feel better
Good insert for pain relief and improving gait and various foot issues. Overall good price a product outlasts the shoes there are in. Does not hold odor and fits as described, never even had to trim it. Would highly recommend

Better shoe insoles
These are clearly superior insoles versus my Skechers factory issue. They offer more stability and generally support the foot better. I recommend them.

Different models will work for you depending on your shoes, not your foot size.
Superfeet are constructed of a hard plastic shell in their back portion that is covered on top by a cloth-covered foam pad of varying degrees of thickness. I have tried three (Black, Blue and Green) so far and found all three wound up being perfect in a different kind of shoe. Since they are rather pricey I thought I'd detail my experience and with any luck it'll help you decide which version you should start with. I have been buying gel insoles for years and have always been a big fan of that luxurious cushion. However I am spending more and more of my time in outdoor activities and, having high arches, I know whats in store for me if I don't address arch support. Gel insoles do not do this well. Superfeet are NOT cushy thick gel insoles. You won't get that kind of short term comfort but you will get the long term benefits of arch support. If transitioning from gel insoles... don't freak out and give these a chance before you run in the other direction. They're comfortable, but in a different way. My experience has been that the effectiveness of a pair of Superfeet varies depending on the shoe you are working with. I wear 10.5 D shoes and weigh 245 lbs. The E size works without any trimming in all of my shoes. I just slip them in. I originally added a pair of green Superfeet (high arch, thick-for-Superfeet cushion) to my Lowa Zephyr 8" boots to replace the thin-but-reasonably effective insole that came with that boot. After two full days I decided Green was too much arch for me, and the cushioning, while nice, was just a hair too much for my feet to have a roomy fit in the toe box. I moved the Green soles to a pair of Bass casual lace-up shoes that my feet sit pretty deep into. The Green soles were perfect there. They have stayed in those shoes, which I often wear all day. The arch support has broken in a little, being a bit over the top for the first day but not noticeable after Day 2. After this break-in I tried moving them back to the Lowas and no dice. Still not right for them. The Lowas had some arch support built into their structure already so the Green added too much. To try again I went in the other direction and purchased a set of Black Superfeet in E (low arch, almost no cushion) and plugged them in. This time, they fit perfectly in the boot and provided a very modest amount of arch support. In fact, in those boots I was basically doing only a little better than the factory insoles. The point of the exercise was to improve support, so I tried the Blacks in a few other shoes and they were the perfect addition to my more or less flatfooted leather dress loafers. My third and last pair (so far) was a set of Blue Superfeet (medium arch, medium cushion), again in E. I plugged these first into some tennis shoes and - very comfortable. The arch this time nicely hugged my feet and gave good support. Put them into the boots and that finally squared them away. Nice and snug against my arch without feeling like I have a baseball stuffed in my shoe.

Must try before a 16 week surgery to Feet!
I’m on my feet all day long and have had issues with my arch and serious pain for many years. I’ve tried new shoes, new arch supports, I have even had shots in my feet! I do stretches constantly as well but nothing has worked. I have been afraid I am going to have to have surgery! Someone recommended these to try out because I was asking around for doctor recommendations. Boy am I glad I took the chance on another arch support!!!! These really have helped with my pain, cushioning, and provides just enough firmness to not be painful to my already sore arches. The fit was perfect for my size as well! Highly recommended trying these supports before going into a 16 week surgery recovery!

Cannot wear shoes without now
I know it’s expensive, but they’re the best. Nothing as good as these on the market. Helps fix knee pains and feet fatigue because it helps your arch stay up.

Good basic insoles for feet that tend to get sore.
I get tendinitis and ankle problems from some shoes and sneakers and tend to pronate. These insoles use a solid heel cup to keep your feet properly aligned, cutting down on instability. I've used them for years and they always keep my feet functioning correctly, even after a long day on concrete or hiking around. I generally use the hiking boot or sneaker specific insoles for my boots and sneakers but these work for those purposes as well. It's an individualized thing though and not every insole works for every person. Some of Superfeet's insoles weren't a good fit for me but these are. I am a repeat buyer many times over.

not enough support - ankles hurting
I was seeking an arch support for a new job I have - and I stand for up to 10 hours a day with no chairs allowed. As a result, my feet and knees and back take a beating. I tried several arch supports and if they had foam or gel and then a hard plastic support component to them, I'd feel the change from foam to the hard plastic on my feet. That was very bothersome by the end of the day. I have tried the expensive plastic things they sell in the specialty stores and found them no better than Birkenstock blues. Why pay hundreds upon hundreds for something that Birkenstock easily solves? Plus these specialty shop insoles make my flat feet have the perfect arch, and after 60 years of VERY FLAT feet, beating my feet into perfect arches using hard plastic insoles does one thing - it takes away ALL my desire for anything other than walking as they are such hard plastic pieces, it's almost like forcing your feet to conform to a concrete mold so they become the perfect arch. After I stopped using the Birkenstock and specialty store inserts and began using Superfeet, I felt like running again, playing sports again, doing something other than walking and sitting. And even the specialty stores will tell you NOT to use those perfectly shaped insoles when you are performing athletic things. In such cases, you are supposed to use an arch support little similar to (AMAZINGLY) the Superfeet Black. AGAIN - they spend hundreds and hundreds when something rather inexpensive does the job? To make a LONG story short, this new job made me go through a number of arch supports from The Good Feet store, Dr. S and others. The ONLY two that came through were the Superfeet and the Birkenstock blue. The Superfeet are the ones I use when running, playing basketball, or any movement other than walking or standing. SO - I purchased one pair of Superfeet Black for each one of my pairs of shoes....
