Overall I’m super satisfied with these! I can tell my bloating and wellness goes down after taking them which is excellent. I try to take them around my period when I’m holding on to a lot of extra water and feel super weighed down from the water weight. So these have been perfect! I highly recommend.

Consult your doctor before using. Do NOT use if you have high blood pressure! It can be life threatening.I had begun to retain fluid in my feet and bought this. Within a few days I was in serious trouble. Photo shows my normal foot and ankle on the left now I'm okay again. Left is how severe the potassium loss caused my body to retain fluid insteadvof flushing it out. My liver and kidneys were not doing their job because my potassium was rapidly depleted by taking this product with my blood pressure condition.Use of this product by persons with high blood pressure can result in a dangerous loss of potassium causing extreme water retention which can lead to serious health issues like organ failure and unalivement.

Leaving this review so nobody feels alone if they feel side effects to these supplements such as cramps!I bought these supplements almost a week ago, because I was holding onto 5lb of water weight that wouldn’t go down for over a week. I got desperate and figured “maybe it’s my salt intake?”. I purchased these and hoped for the best, given all of the promising reviews.When taking these, I not only cut down on my sodium but I made sure to track my water weight progress on the scale. Here’s my progress (so far):October 28th - 190.6lbOctober 29th - 189.2lbOctober 30th - 188.0lbOctober 31st - 187.0lbFortunately, I’m almost back to my lowest weight before I started to retain water.I also want to add, that these will not work if you eat too much sodium the same day. I made a mistake, and ate high sodium then took these and my water weight did not budge - if anything, I gained 2lb of more water. So please keep in mind, you have to watch your sodium (whether you’re taking these supplements or not). Try to track your sodium daily. Figure out how many mg of sodium you can eat without retaining water. Try cutting out processed foods (they have so much salt in it, it’s not even funny). It’s not a cure for a bad diet! It’ll just help you correct the retained salt/water from the bad diet. If you’re actively eating just as bad as when you gained the water weight, the pills won’t work. You need to make sure you are tracking your sodium intake daily so you won’t go over.And for my side effects: Yes. On my first day of taking these supplements, I had intense abdominal cramps about 6-7 hours into taking the pills. It felt similar to period cramps, tightness in my stomach and maybe even bloating. The symptoms last for about 4-5 hours, then wearing off into the night. Next morning, I felt better! And every day so far after that, I’d get hit with a small wave of discomfort in my stomach (nothing major). What I didn’t experience was “frequent urination”. But then again, I normally don’t pee more when dropping water weight. I peed a lot while taking these, but that’s only because I drink 3 liters of water daily lol. Another important thing: stay hydrated on these! Drink water throughout the day! Because this is stimulating the kidneys to excrete salt, make sure to drink a lot of water so that excreted salt is peed out frequently.I feel like I’m the minority reviewer that actually experienced cramping side effects despite the product being marketed as “gentle”. I understand that everyones body is different, so I won’t count that against the seller or the product in my review. At the end of the day, the ingredients in this product are “diuretics”. Diuretics are known to give cramps.Overall, I give this product a 5/5 because it’s doing what it claims it’s meant to do. Would I buy these again? Heck yeah, lol.
