Q: What size taps will these fit? We have wide taps and normal connectors don’t fit.

They are quite small but stretchy. I have average sized taps, bit of a squeeze.

Q: If head screws off, is it a standard shower hose thread?

Sorry I don't have a shower to test this on. But the head seems to be able to fit the old hose I had so it may well be universal.

Q: Can u change the head on this to a bigger one

You can as its screw on. However, the suction cups are rubbish and will easily come off if you turn on the water to even a medium setting.
