Pretty sure this is a badly reconditioned TV, I have the Philips ambilight in our living room and I can’t fault it at all. Thought I’d stick with a brand that’s done well for me but this TV is slow/unresponsive to anything I ask of it. Hands down the worst TV I’ve ever baught! I’d take back our old, basic TV with free view over this if I could. Total crap!

good value, functions well, good remote communication, better than my previous Cello TV, gets all the desired wi-fi channels. EU made in a democracy.

At first I wasn't a fan of the tv because I couldn't download the apps I wanted, but I connected my roku box to it and it works fine, i have a soundbar for the dvd player ( husband is old and stuck in his ways he likes a soundbar) but the sound is ok without one,it's easy to use and very light .. I ...... this is my second tv fron amazon I bought a roku tv in March 24 and after 6 months it stopped working, I got in contact with amazon they refunded me the money because of my broken tv so I was able to by this one which I think is good value for money and the picture quality is very good
