Very useful
Used this to fix a leaky seam on my fishing waders and it worked very well. The product was very easy to use and a good price for tubes. I have used the waders many times since the fix and the seam repair is still keeping the water out.

It works on air mattress punchers!!!
I bought this to repair a puncture in my air mattress. The liquid takes quite a long time to set/form into a solid-but once it does, it worked very well. The reason I give it four stars is that I only did the repair yesterday and I'm not sure about the long-term reliability of it yet. But so far so good.

Ideal Waterproofer
This really good sealer for seams and pinholes in jackets, tents, and all kinds of fabrics, has an off-beat name which does not reveal its true value. With Seam-Grip, you just identify where a leak is, and paint over it (brush included). Often I do not need much at any one time, so the big tubes can be wasted, the twin-pack of small tubes lets me open one at a time, the other keeps new until I need it. The best way to open the tube is to take off the cap and pierce with a in, then put the pin back in and the cap over it. That seals the opening well and keeps the contents usable for a long time.

Amazing stuff!
Used to fix our camping sofa valve which had a split in it. It's amazing! Saved us buying a new one. Also used on some of our friends camping gear. Has worked on everything so far! Very impressed!

Hopeless. Sticky, messy and won't glue the seams ...
Hopeless. Sticky, messy and won't glue the seams back together... I give up.

Excellent, recommended
Brilliant stuff. I've been using this for many years and it has got me out of trouble time and again. This time was because the PVC seam had started to split on the seat of my mobility scooter. I used this before it started to separate and now is stronger than when it was made.

Very useful repair gel for all manner of of jobs
It's very useful stuff for many more things than just sealing seams. The tube contains a gel which is extremely sticky and sets to form a transparent urethane rubber which is a strong, tough, flexible and waterproof. So it can be used as a glue, sealant or general repair material. I managed to knock over a meths stove near my tent which burned a hole in the groundsheet and a small hole in my expensive air mat. The air mat was fixed by merely dabbing Seamgrip on on the hole until it was covered. The bigger hole in the ground sheet was patched and then the patch covered with Seamgrip. 12 hours curing later, both are permanently repaired with the areas being at least as strong as they were before the damage, possibly stronger. You can dramatically speed up curing by adding water to it or they sell an additive. I also used it on my air mat to make it more grippy. I found my sleeping bag was sliding off too easily and the makers of the mat recommended Sealgrip. I painted spots of it every 8 inches. The grippy surface they form works a treat. I'm not aware of any other repair gel which has all the properties of Sealgrip. The only downsides are the time it takes to cure and the fact that it has a tendency to set in the tube once opened over a long period - so probably best not to buy more than you really need at any one time.

Definitely recommend
Used it to fix a tiny hole in my thermarest mattress. The adhesive was slower to cure than I thought but achieved 100% results Will be keeping the spare tube in my rucksack
