Great product for most machines
Been using for a few weeks now and I like it. Responsive, accurate, and the auto on function improves workflow and efficiency. Silicone mat is helpful for spills and grounds and the build feels solid. I move my scale around a bit still so the espresso function inst getting used as much but does work very well. I love the size and height as it fits under all my machines but one. It is still a bit too wide to fit under a Flair Pro 2 without a riser or being crooked. The .1g accuracy has it see use as a kitchen scale for baking as well. Dual-use design gadget ftw!

Game Changer
Very high quality scale with the features I was looking for in my coffee work flow. Quick to zero out when weighing beans and pours. Timer and weight display are easily read.

The auto-turn-on feature is perfect, but battery life is short.
I have a scale under the spout of my coffee grinder. I put the portafilter (in a bracket that holds it up off the scale) onto the scale before I grind the beans so that I can measure the quantity. I am constantly, however, forgetting to turn the scale on before I start grinding. This scale nicely solves the problem. It turns itself on the moment I put the portafilter on it. Exactly what I needed. On the downside, it empties the battery in a couple of weeks when you leave it on standby.

Broke after three months
I initially loved this coffee scale and had high hopes for it. When I first got it, it worked flawlessly, accurate, fast, and perfect for brewing my morning latte. However, after just a few months of use, things started to go downhill. The scale is now struggling to hold zero, which is frustrating when trying to measure out coffee grounds or express. Even worse, it sometimes starts counting backwards, which makes absolutely no sense and completely throws off my measurements.I’ve tried resetting it, fully recharging it, and ensuring it’s on a flat surface, but nothing seems to fix the issue. For a product designed for precision, this kind of malfunction is unacceptable. While it worked great at first, the decline in functionality over such a short period is a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this scale unless you’re okay with it becoming unreliable after a few months. It’s not worth the frustration.

Not useful for espresso shots
Update:Charged it again for a few more hours and now its full. Not sure what the issue is there. On a tabletop it seems to work fine to weight out 18g of coffee. On the drip tray I zero it out and it starts going up .1g all the way to .9 when I zeroed it out again and it started climbing again.I start the machine and it goes up quite a bit - like 5.6g - it seems to have issue with the vibration - there is no coffee in the cup yet.The timer never kicked is automatically - If the weight worked that would be fine that more important on a daily bases than the timer. So as far as Espresso shots this thing is totally useless. This is the third model from various manufacturers that I've tried and none of them have worked so far.I don't think I will be able to get away with a scale for under $50 and I am not sure that even at $50 ill find one that is accurate enough for espresso as well as things like Prague Powder #1 for curing meat or citrus powder etc for making a lime super juice.--------------------------------------------------------------------Charged it over night and it still was not fully chargedIt seemed to work fine to measure 18g of coffee so that was nice - and it hit 50g every time I tested it with the calibration weight.Timer will not AutoStart when I start my espresso - and even if it did the weight started fluctuating greatly as soon as the machine starts so getting an accurate 36g is next to impossible - its starts at 15g almost immediately as the machine kicks in. Might be fine for a pour over IDK

Way too finicky
I bought this scale for espresso. It generally works but is way too difficult to use and doesn't work all that well.I selected this scale because it can automatically time the pull (if I didn't want that I might as well buy some other cheaper scale) but that turns out to be quite tricky:- it starts with having to remember to put it into auto mode after turning it on: it's the only mode I use, why can't it remember that?- then one has to weight the beans and remember to tap the T button before taking them off: easy to forget- then one places the scale under the portafilter and it's supposed to start timing when the first drops come out, but I often do a pre-infusion and unless I pull 2 grams through it doesn't reliably start timing- at the end of the shot one removes the cup and it's supposed to stop timing and display the totals and the ratio, well, I use a manual lever machine which often lets a couple of drips out after I remove the cup, 2 times out of 3 this confuses the scale, which tares and displays a fraction of a gram instead of the total, and the timer doesn't stop- when it works, I often write down the totals but if I glance back at the scale 'cause I didn't remember a number then it has already zeroed outThe bottom line is that most of the time this scale is more frustrating than helpful. To top it off, mine didn't include the silicone pad, probably it was a return from another customer. I'm on the fence about sending it back. The only reason to keep it is that it's faster than other cheaper scales I've tried.
