Love it! Has a brown sugar taste to it that I love.

This is a tasty substitute for sugar. Probably the most like sugar of all the substitutes I have tried and no weird after taste. I like these little tongo packs so I can keep a few at work, a few in my purse and a few at home. Tastes good, does t upset my stomach, no calories, dissolves easily.

I purchased this because I thought it did not raise blood sugar levels. It does. I recently had blood work done, and all I had that morning was two coffees with a spoon of monk sugar in each. When the health care provider went over the report with me, both glucose and sucrose were sky-high, and he said I forgot to fast. I replied that I had only had the monk sugar, and he replied that sweeteners have the same effect as sugar. Let's see a third-party test on this subject.

I tried monk fruit sweetener from our local grocery store and love the taste! No aftertaste! And I only use 1/4 tsp in a mug of coffee. My daughter uses it in small recipes! So glad to have ordered the large bulk bag of it as it costs less per once then the one bag from the grocery store. It does have small amount of carbs (8g for 2tsp) so if you’re looking to get no carb sweetener there is monk fruit sweetener without erythritol, otherwise it is well worth the money!!

Perfect sweetness with no aftertaste.

I was replacing this with sugar and it worked for a while. I didn't go back to sugar, but stopped using supplements altogether.
