This is a very nice little PC. The Processor performs well with substantial RAM for everyday use. No bloatware! It came with a keyboard, mouse and wifi adapter, which i did not expect... I must have missed our in the description. I added the HP diagnostic tool which will find HP specific drivers and bios updates. This little machine also has a built in speaker, which was an added bonus since I didn't have any external speakers when I was setting it up. It has 2 display ports plus hdmi out. It was packaged nicely/ securely. I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished machine, but I would definitely recommend this one and the seller.

SCAM! Don't buy! I purchased this twice because I thought the first one was a mistake. The second one arrived just the same. They advertise this as having more ram and storage then it actually does. Complete fraud!

These mini computers pack a punch, don't let the size fool you. I upgraded all the pc's in my tax offices. I bought 6 of these mini's and they were ready out of the box. I am happy they came with Bluetooth and WIFI ready installed. Not a bad purchase and the affordably made it that much impressive. It doesn't come with an HDMI port but it has two DisplayPort connections perfect for adding two monitors.

It came packaged very well along with a QR wireless keyboard an Mouse. Set up was easier than I thought. I looked up HP Starting procedures plus scanned attached QR Code that indicated I needed a 25 numeric code to get windows. In order to get that code I wound need toscratch off a Silver Windows sticker, It did not have one. I called customer support of Refurbished Computer and asked since this was updated to Windows do I need the code. I did not since it was OK just to Plug and Play. (Very helpful and friendly Support people) I plugged everything in including two monitors and everythigng is working perfectly.

Bought this new, had nothing but problems. First the Wireless card dropped out intermittently, the one of the HDMI video ports started blinking off every now and again, then it completely died. HP was not reliable in the past, and sadley, it seems it is that way still.

Este equipo re-manufacturado, no funcionaba al momento de la recepción, se solicito devolución y el paquete no podía ser recogido donde lo entregaron, sino que debía ser llevado a una oficina de DHL, como vivo en un pueblo donde no hay oficina directa de este operador, me tocaba viajar a otra ciudad para hacer el trámite. Por esta razón opte por abrir el equipo y ver si lo podía reparar, arriesgándome a perder la garantía, pero es que en la pagina habían cambiado las condiciones del producto y ya tampoco lo volvían a entregar en mi dirección, es decir estaba vetado para volver a comprarlo. En el interior encontré que no le pusieron los tornillos de soporte del disco duro, razón por la cual se desconectaba y no funcionaba. El disco duro es un genérico de muy inferior calidad al que originalmente es dotación del equipo. El disco duro definitivamente está dañado. Todo mal con el equipo

No lo pude usar, llego mal de los puertos.
