Needed this to colour some screw heads for our steampunk look accessories,this quality paint did the job well.

Nice copper colour

This acrylic paint has a lovely metallic shimmer. It’s a bit more runny than paints I’ve used before (but they were in tubes) so you may need to put more than one coat on, dependent on what finish you’re aiming for. The tub has a 6cm diameter and a screw on lid so is wide open when you take off the protective film it’s sealed shut with (which I had to pierce with a sharp object as I couldn’t just peal off at the edges). So I guess you can you just dip your brush into it and apply directly to your painting without the need for a palette, unless you’re mixing colours first. On the other hand you’re more likely to have a spillage if you accidentally knock it off than if the paint were in a tube. It does have a bit of a chemical smell. A Vgseba branded label confirms it’s 100ml and made in China.

I actually used this for painting the lettering on a wood and resin house sign that is kept outside and out in the weather. The paint gives the letters a high end and luxury finish. Really impressed with how it looks and still looks great after several months outside. Paints on easily and good value.

This is decent acrylic paint and I especially love the bronze metallic colour which creates a lovely effect.The container is very well sealed to prevent leakage in transit. I particularly like that the paint is in a screw-top pot, very good for using straight out of the pot rather than having to put into a palette. Once stirred the paint is a good colour and consistency. To get a really good finish I used a couple of coats with the recommended drying time in between. This was just a test onto a piece of thick card.It is my intention to use it for some Christmas decorations which will make a lovely change from the traditional red, green, gold and silver, very pleased.
