Great value!
This product was recommended from a friend for at home hamstring workouts. This thing works amazing! My hams are still burning!

Stabilizes well and usable for multiple exercises, as advertised
I really like how all it needs is a door. Suggestion for the merchant: it would be nice to include a sponge as well to knelt on.

Strap way too long.
Foam was comfortable but the strap itself is so long even when fully tightened that unless your are 6’3” it makes the Nordic curl almost impossible.

As good as other similar items, but limited grip effectiveness for Nordic curls
It’s pretty straightforward and it does work. But… and I am focused specifically on the nordic curl exercise… there isn’t much grip on the back of your heel. Like, for sit-ups, you are on your back and hook your feet under the bar. Plenty of leverage there. But turn around, on your knees, with the grip behind your heels, that’s not a big chunk of flesh and bone to keep you anchored. So with the limited contact and leverage, I had to severely limit how forward I could go, making the exercise far less effective.I think a better solution would be on bar above your heels like it is, and a second on under your shin. But that would be much harder to size for different people, which is why they didn’t go for it (my assumption). So this is the standard approach, and it’s ok. And this particular model is as good as other ones on the market, but it has inherent limitations in the exercise’s effectiveness. Hard to do “simple and inexpensive” with “really good hold on your ankles” with this device.

excellent for Nordic Hamstring Curl, not much else
This fitness accessory isn't complicated or expensive, but it fills an important place in home fitness. If you need to strengthen your hamstrings without a fancy gym machine, this is the item you need. Just slide it under a door, close the door (ideally, with you positioned outside the door so you are pulling the door against the door jam rather than against the door latch), adjust the strap length, and then hook it over your heels and start exercising. My hamstrings complained almost instantly, which shows how badly I needed this exercise.Even though the instruction manual lists other exercises which can be performed with this accessory (such as sit-ups), it really didn't work well for anything other than the Nordic hamstring curls. I took one star off because the description implies that it can be used for other exercises. Other exercises won't work without some careful planning and maneuvering of the strap all the way around to the door jam by the hinges. The design is well done. The crossbar with padding feels great. The strap is strong. The spring-loaded latch on the strap is well-designed and solid. It allows me to adjust the strap length easily with on hand. I even like the loop for the strap which has a string on it to keep it positioned at the perfect place on the strap. That was nicely-designed, and it shows that the engineer paid attention to detail.

Easy work out
I appreciate the versatility of this curl strap. It's so easy to roll out of bed and use this for a quick easy workout before getting ready for work. I'm always on the lookout for items that I can use to work out at home after a busy day at work, and this exceeded my expectations.

Simple but effective way to workout and build your core!
I'd been looking for something to improve my core strength and didn't want to just do crunches, and I also didn't want to go for expensive and bulky equipment either. This worked out perfectly on a few of those fronts as it provides a great way to use body weight as resistance and it's super easy to use and not bulky. I also liked there's a few different exercises you can do with it too, so it isn't just for crunches.Using it for a few weeks now, it's held up well in my own routine, and seems to be well built and gets the job done! I feel like this is a great exercise tool for anyone and can work as a nice reminder when you see it as well to think "ok, time to knock out some workouts!". This will challenge you, but that's what you're getting it for, so just make sure to stick with it, and it'll be worth it!Overall, highly recommend, have had no issues with using it and again, I feel like it's that right level of being a workout tool that doesn't take up space but gives you a great workout too!

Works Somewhat but Difficult to Use
I tried this to work with Nordic Curls and Sit-Ups. For the curls, I found it very easy for my feet to slip out even if I adjusted it tighter. There is just not enough to hold your feet down since the entire weight of your upper body is pulling on this. I have another device that attaches to a workout bench and clamps down at the ankle which is much more secure, it's just more annoying to set-up, which is why I tried this. For the sit-ups, it does work for the most part, it's just awkward. For example, in a classic sit-up with someone holding your feet, your feet are flat. With this, your feet are raised at an angle to fit behind the rollers, so it feels awkward. I guess I could get used to it, but I wanted a device to handle both of these things, but it does neither well, so I do not recommend it.
