I had been looking to buy a wide chisel for my Bosch Bulldog hammer drill for some time. The $30+ price tag at the local big box store kept me from doing so. It's one thing to need it and justify the cost, but another to just buy to have on hand. My case was the latter. Along comes this YOSIGHT chisel, and though I received as a promotion, at $10 (8-7-24) I would easily grab this tool. It's a very verstile chisel that will come in handy for a variety of cement based projects. I can envision sharpening to a fine edge and using it for wood demoliton too.The fit in the Bulldog chuck is perfect, no issues there. I was lacking in knowledge that there are two sizes of SDS shanks; 10 mm and 18 mm. The 10 mm is SDS or SDS Plus (which is what I have) or SDS Max, which is the 18 mm shank. Seeing a picture online could result in buying the wrong size, whereas if you were at a store the difference would be obvious.The steel of this chisel is very hard. A newer file would barely make a scratch when I ran it across the cutting edge. You'll need a grinder to sharpen if that need ever arises.

Solid chisel with a double edge cutting edge. Works very well at removing tile. Locked securely into my Central Tech (HF) impact hammer. No issues with the chisel uncoupling, but have had that issue with other SDS chisels. Not sure about using this to remove grout as it says in the listing as it's over 1 1/2" wide, unless you're turning it sideways, at which point I would recommend a thinner or different style chisel.

I usually use a straight shanked chisel with a wider bit to remove tile, but I thought I'd give this angled one a try on the bathroom remodel I'm doing. It worked pretty well. I like the extra leverage it I can get with it. I do save some tiles when it's pretty or unusual and can be reused in other projects. This tile chisel is a good value compared to the big name brands that sell for so much more. It's earned a permanent place in my tool bag.

This arrived in two days. I just started another bathroom remodel, and this works great popping up the old floor tiles. I can use it with or without the hammer drill since the tiles have been very easy to pop off. This one also works great on the smaller tiles as well. It has a heavy duty build and should last for a very long time. I do think the price point is reasonable.
