Best custom PC provided by Alketron. Heavy duty gaming beast at very reasonable price. Let me put some light on overall experience. 1. Packaging and delivery was upto the mark (Double coated bubble wrap) 2. On call or WhatsApp chat 24 by 7 support service incase of any difficulty facing while connecting with accessories. 3. I would like to give my big big thanks to customer support who assisted me even late in the evening. 4. Very smooth processing of this PC as this system having Core i9, 12 GB Graphics and 64 GB RAM with 2.5 TB SSD hard drive. Any game software opens just like flick of fingers.

BEWARE! The CPU stopped working within a month of purchase and the company Alketron is not fulfilling its warranty promise! The warranty is a sham and my full money 92k has been wasted!!! Still can't believe I've lost my hard earned money, mainly hurt and disappointed as it's my son's first PC and as a prize for his excellent scores in his 10th grade exams!! Sincere request to everyone to not fall prey to the positive reviews given here, they too are a sham!!! I'll be reaching out to Amazon soon for help and will also file a complaint against them in the consumer forum for making false advertisement, adopting unfair trade practices and causing mental pain and agony!

The CPU arrived not assembled. The fan was detached inside the CPU and many wires were unplugged. Also, when they had a technician assemble it in my home, the GPU was found to be malfunctioning. That said... in under two weeks, Alketron did resolve the situation and replaced the GPU. They even gave a little gift to upgrade the WiFi, I think, for my frustration. The second time the CPU arrived, again the fan was detached, but they walked me through to reattach it. So I'm upping them from a 1 star to a 4 star because I would buy from them again. Everything has warranty, so it is a reliable purchase. In the end it gets fixed. Maybe I was just really unlucky or the delivery people just really rough. As of today, it seems to be working well.
