Good product works good for 80+ feet Wo
I had the same brand battery version. It worked great for 7 years. I had to increase the length of wire (from 45 ft to 80 ft) as I changed the position of the alarm. The alarm works intermittently on some days and not on some days. So I changed it to ac version and it fixed the problem.

received damaged product
received damaged product. When we connected the bell, it was not working. Then we opened it and found the speaker was broken, but we had cut the electric plug for connection. That's why the returning option has been closed for me.

Working well
Got this product on 17 September, so far working great, sound quality is really good and installation was super easy. I connected the alarm wire to the motor wire and now it automatically turns off with the motor.
