Take one per day, not a real noticeable difference but feel much better. This is our second order.

Emptied the jar of capsules, consumed the jar of gummies i purchased with it by the same company. I see no difference, I feel no different. Nothing nada zip. I don't know.......maybe it's just me. But i think if nothing else after two jars of product I should at least feel some difference health wise. I say try another company, brand or product all together. A big waste of my time and money! Do yourself a huge favor. Don't by this!

I’m on the shilajit kick yeah whatever I like it. I’d give it 5 stars but I think the price has gone up significantly 😵‍💫

3 months didn't see or feel any improvement that I can truly say......yes this is a good product. Might work for others, just didn't seem to work for me.

Good but the liquid shilajit works better
