I had been pondering a new mattress for the last few months to replace our old tired one which had become uncomfortable, causing some sleep issues.Not quite ready to commit, and with other expenses on the horizon I decided to look into a good quality topper instead, hoping it would provide a more cost effective route to comfort.After weeks of research I settled in the Bonvia (king size) and I couldn't be happier with my choice.It came in a manageable box with the topper well rolled and wrapped in protective film. The included tool made it easy to unpack without risk of damaging the product. Once laid out I left it to expand and settle for 48 hours which also gave the product time to breathe and allow any smells to dissipate.The straps that go over the mattress are well made and adjustable for a good fit. The cover is soft on top and grips well on the bottom. The cover zip seems of decent quality.I tried the soft side first for 2 weeks which was great for my wife, but a little soft for me. We decided to change to the firmer side for a couple of weeks to compare. The process was simple and instructions are provided. The 'firm' side is not firm, but it's noticeably firmer than the soft side.After several weeks of sleeps I can say with confidence that this topper has made a HUGE difference to the quality of my sleep. It's soft but not too soft, no smells, no annoying noises, successfully covers up the uncomfortable old mattress underneath, fits well, doesn't move around and is much less expensive than shelling out for a new mattress.I would recommend to anyone in a similar situation to myself. Excellent product.

I was involved in a serious car accident over 40 years ago that's left me with back problems. Over the years I've got pretty good at knowing what triggers it but about 10 days ago it went again. A bit like sciatica, lower back pain radiating into my hip and down my leg. I have an almost new, (usually) very comfortable, firm mattress but this time the pain was intense and it felt like I was lying on concrete. In desperation I looked for something to provide some additional padding and bought this mattress topper. I honestly thought it would be useless but I was hurting so much I was willing to try anything.It arrived the following day (thank you Prime), the topper was compressed into a smallish box but I opened it up and almost immediately it puffed up to the promised 7 cm thickness. It's firm but not hard and kind of cradles you. You can feel your "heavy" bits sinking into it but not so much that the foam flattens, if that makes sense. No nasty chemical smell either. The quality of the materials seems good quality too.I'm very impressed, the only downside is that it's raised the height of the bed so my very elderly, arthritic Jack Russell can't get on the bed without assistance, I just pick the little lump up so all's good 😀.If you have a nasty thin mattress that really needs to be binned, it probably will make it less uncomfortable but nothing will fix it apart from a new one. If your back hurts and you need some additional padding/support I can't recommend it highly enough. My pain is receding and I'm able to get some sleep, definitely worth the money for me.

We bought this mattress topper to both improve and extend the life of our current mattress, and it has made a huge difference!The quality is fantastic—plush, breathable, and super comfortable. It fits our super king mattress perfectly although it does slipa little after a few nights. Perhaps there’s an under sheet to counter this?If you’re looking to refresh an aging mattress or improve a low quality mattress, without the expense of replacing it, this is the perfect solution. Highly recommend for a better night’s sleep!

The mattress topper is really good . You do not over heat in bed and this hot weather we have been getting you would think you would but you do not. The topper cover is made of bamboo and its so soft . I suffer from a lot of body pain I'm not saying it takes it away but it makes me very comfortable and I'm not waking up all night long and I wake up a lot more refreshed. The straps that hold it onare great as well as you can tighten them or make them longer so it fits your mattress thickness. I would recommend. And the bonus is when I ordered it you saved 20pounds .

Tried this for a good few months before posting. Great value for money! Got it to go on top of an ikea sofa bed in the spare room, and it really changes the entire sleep quality. Sits slightly bigger than our sofa bed but very good comfort provided. Feels like an actual bed now! Like some others have said, it is quite warm to sleep on so during the summer months it can feel toasty but using a lighter comforter helps. Overall, great purchase and goes great on an uncomfortable sofa bed! Would recommend :)

Love this mattress topper, it’s exactly as described, it’s a perfect fit, the straps are excellent quality so the topper doesn’t move. It is very very comfortable, much better than expected and all pressure points are now cushioned and I’m completely happy and getting much more sleep. The mattress topper expands back to normal straight away once you get up. I only left it 24 hours before putting it on the bed, there was no odour to it either. I can highly recommend it, it’s worth every penny in my opinion.
