Sorry for the long review but, I've tried MANY cups and a good number of discs. I was nervous of the low cervix model fitting at 60mm because I've had so much trouble with everything being too big or long, or not firm enough. After trying discs, though, I stopped using cups as I didn't like the suction/vacuum. Though merula and femmycycle low cervix were the best at accommodating my low cervix during my cycle, placement wasn't easy, leaks were frequent if not placed exactly right, and could cause my cramping to worsen.The Lumma unique small with the stem trimmed completely off has been the only disc that works for me so far, and had been my go-to until getting the flip disc. Lumma small disc fits but barely holds anything. Lumma med is too big. Ziggy 2 small is almost too long, doesn't expand (too soft) and the few times it did, the double ridge was irritating and left sore spots. Both soft disc and flex disposable were too big.SO, I was delighted to order & receive this while on my cycle. Having all my previous experiences with my other options, there was no learning curve at all. After sterilizing it, it went right into place, the thick rim helped it pop open right away, the generous collection area means I've had no leaks as of yet. I didn't have to flip in, it kind of folds down on itself like origami if inserting it like a normal disc. It's like the perfect combination of a disc and a cup! I love that there are NO textures or stems or grips to cause irritation, but the thick rim provides a great hook point for removal. No issues with size, it tucks right under my pelvic bone, haven't had any issues with it moving out of place or being pushed out. I'm sold. The price comparative to other discs is good. The packaging is nice, the case is a little bulky but it looks nice and is discreet. Very happy with the product and am happy to have stumbled across it by accident. I think I've found THE ONE.

This disc has changed my life. As a mother of 2 with significant prolapse, I can't even tell you how many discs and cups I have gone through trying to find one that accommodates bladder prolapse. They are all either too big or not deep enough. This disc is small in diameter but has the largest fill capacity. I actually cried happy tears the first time I placed it because I didn't have to struggle for 20 minutes 🙃

I was hesitant to try these and am very happy I did. The dial fits well, it is reusable and it is made in the USA so I know it is good quality and doesn’t have bad chemicals like some of the other brands. Highly recommned!!

I’ll be honest it took me a while to get use to this one. I have tried 2 others from Amazon that were just a no. I have a very heavy flow , but I’ve notice folding it down, wetting it before insertion and ensuring to place it back in the same way each time makes a world of difference. (You begin to see a slight indent from where you’re using your finger to pull it) . Much better than buying boxes of tampons each cycle and still leaking. Until you get use to it wear a light panty liner. I had very minor leaking on my first day but again I have irregular cycles but nothing a panty liner didn’t catch!UPDATE: 01/02/2024I am in love and found my grove! Still do all of the above and I have had NO leaks! I would say wetting it before insertion & inserting back the same direction each time (looking for the slight indent where you’ve been pulling it out) makes a world of difference and folding it down once. This has been a life saver! A $30 investment and I no longer have to purchase any other menstrual items! WOHOOOO!!! Get it, try it out at least 2-3 cycles !!

The Casco Flip-Disc and FLEX Foaming Cleanser are the best menstrual products on the planet. Unfortunately, the low-to-mid cervix size leaked consistently and was too messy for me, so now I use period panties—and nothing else!

The insertion took some practice because it is different than a cup but once I figured that out it works great!

Toxic free option didn't work well for me chose a different brand.

Best thing that has happened to periods so far, for me!
