The good good stretch
That good good deep stretch! Very sturdy and you can work your way up in intensity. The little booklet gives ways to use and level of intensity. Plus it stores nicely in it. My calf muscles always feel tight and this has really helped get the deep stretch I needed. Just don’t use in socks but otherwise would recommend!

Great tool for stretching
Excellent,l tool.My hamstrings feel so much better after standing on this. Its porable, light yet sturdy, does tbe job, adequate no. of angles over all great buy.

Sturdy but too high on lowest slant
It’s a nice slant board but I need to agree with lots of the other reviewers who indicated the lowest slant is too high. It’s usable but I would have liked it a little lower, as I am using it for knee PT. Otherwise, I think it will be fine to use for what I need it for.

Just bought a 2nd one for our cottage
I have MS so stretching and flexibility are key to being able to move. I first encountered this product at physical therapy and liked the simplicity, flexibility, portability, and quality of the slant board. I purchased my first one for our home and just purchased a 2nd one for our cottage. The quality is very good, and since I do a lot of woodworking as a hobby I can appreciate the attention to detail. As I mentioned the portability is highly desirable as it does fold flat with a nice lock to keep the device secured when traveling. My feet don't slide at all even on a 45 degree angle. Highly recommended.

Sturdy Construction
Very sturdy construction. Does what it is supposed to do. I like the ability to lay it perfectly flat & folded and the latch that holds them together makes it very portable. I would definitely buy again!

Knees know better!
Overall good product. A little disappointed with the width on the board but other than that, I would suggest this to anyone looking for a slant board. Very durable and compact.
