Good, but need to improvoe customer site installation and good hard plastic. But very good thing is its very silently operatable.. Loved it

Worst product. Very poor after sales service. They are overcharging the spare parts and the visit charges. Demanding 2000/- visit charges, 1200/- for one small bolt and 3000/- for peddle. 6000/- for 18500/- product and Manager is so scared of talking with the customers. Worst brand, not recommended at all.

It's a good product overall. But 1. Keep in mind if you are too heavy then while using elliptical this might wobble a little. 2. You cannot store the data until unless you buy their workout, they say that it's syncable to their app but they never mentioned that without buying their plans you cannot store your workout data. 3. It doesn't offer 3rd party app like Google fit to sync with. So, before buying keep all these thing in mind. Because when I bought it, no one mentioned about data sync.

I purchased the Flexnest Elliptical Flextrainer Cross Trainer expecting a smooth cardio experience, but it fell short in multiple ways. Despite numerous attempts, the Bluetooth feature never connected, making the advertised "50+ Virtual Walks" useless. Additionally, the machine produces an irritating "tik tik tik" noise during use, which disrupts the workout experience. Another major issue is the strain it puts on the lower back, which makes it uncomfortable and unsuitable for long-term use. I was excited about the tablet holder and virtual features, but without Bluetooth functionality and with the added discomfort, this product did not meet my expectations. Since a 1-star rating is the lowest possible, that’s what it gets from me. I am now in the process of returning it

Everything working fine, installation service was perfect, only speedometer works without subscription, need couple of free vertual walks which will make this worthwhile.

Super product

Worst product to have invested in. Waste of money. Movement is full of jerks and the leg movement is minimal. Installation and service takes days.
