GoPro HERO10 Black Bundle - Includes HERO10 Black Camera, The Handler (Floating Hand Grip), Rechargeable Battery

Camera itself is great, but it did not come with the advertised spare battery or case- after a very lengthy conversation with Amazon customer services they gave me a gift card to cover the cost of the equivalent parts. The Handler grip also does not seem to work with the mounts provided with the camera, which was a shame as I had planned to use it to capture video (and only discovered this as I was trying to set it up to take said video), so another accessory is required if you plan to use this too.

We bought this go pro camera on Amazon prime day. It arrived. My husband has unwrapped it and set it up and has realised it has come without the case which is advertised as coming with the bundle. Very disappointed. There doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting Amazon about this unless I want to send it back which I don’t as the camera is good and what we expected

i brought this because i was travelling around Asia for a month, i got some of the most amazing footage of my life, i saw pink dolphins, went in to the Hong kong Jungle and found a waterfall, all of which i recorded. I get home and begin to download all of this stuff from the camera. I plug it in to my computer, computer doesn't recognise it. i check, the photos are still on the memory card. So i plug the camera back in and try again. Its found it, great. my computer says, there are no photos. I unplug the camera, check the device and it tells me to reformat the card, im not an idiot, i know this would wipe it. I take the SD card and and run a program called Disk Drill Recovery because as far as my computer is concerned the SD card is blank. Disk Drill finds all the footage, but all of it is damaged beyond repair. i literally wasted hours of my life going around to get extra special footage instead of enjoying the moment, i went the extra mile to get good footage. Well thanks alot GOPRO your camera corrupted all the data and wiped the lot. we are talking hours of footage just gone. Fumming. Do your self a favour dont even bother, just live in the moment because the camera cant handle large amounts of data, in total i had only recoded about 340GB, with an SD card that could hold over 500GB. Its not the SD card because i paid extra for a special one thats meant to be the best with GoPro. I went to a specialist who told me, he gets loads of customers with the same problem. Gopro camera wipes your data. Some times trusting big brands is a bad idea, this brand has let me down, they will deny that its anything to do with their camera, of course, but I know for a fact that the SD card was fine, i plugged it in to my computer, then unplugged it because my computer couldn't find it, then i plug it back in and all the data is gone, 300GB of footage. Hate you GOPRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Camera and floating grip as expected - but no case! Appears to be sold separately as the floating handle came separate. Case outstanding.

Why the hell would you sell something without telling them you need to purchase extra bits so it works.If it needs an sd card sell it with one or at least tell them it needs one.Awful tbh.The battery life is also very poor which is something else you do not get told.Will be sending mine back and getting a refund.More transparency required

The GoPro Hero 10 is still a good action camera and easy to set up & use. Unfortunately the Amazon bundle listing is wrong and misleading. If you buy the bundle you will just get the standard GoPro Hero 10 package and the Handler. There is no case and the rechargeable battery mentioned is just the one that comes with the camera as standard. When it's on offer for £200 or less this is still good value.

Received very quickly albeit the carry case was missing. I was offered a refund due to the missing item which was very positive from Amazon. Items came well packaged. Overall the camera is nice and light and is a step forward from my hero+
