This cream really is excellent. In fact I'd say I have had better results from it than the brand leader. A cold sore for me usually means at least a week of unsightly discomfort. I also usually catch it when I'm shaving & make it bleed. Used this immediately when I noticed the start of the cold sore which subsequently only developed very slightly - nothing like the usual. Stuff definitely killed it stone dead before it took hold as it's almost gone after three days. No pain or soreness. Very good indeed & far less expensive than you know what.

Really good cream, does the job and works withing 2-3 days can see the difference. Really recommend this product, just as good the the named brands but better value for money.

Always find this cream soothing but does not cure as these sores run their course it seems.

This cream is so effective at reducing the symptoms and is great value in a 2 pack. My go to cream for cold sores!
