Takes practice to perfect but it's certainly improved my putting accuracy
I thought this seemed a little over priced for what it was but when I got it I can see there has been some very precise design gone into it. I ordered two, one for me and one for my son's birthday. It has improved my putting concentration and accuracy and is great to use during the current lockdown and on wet days. Whilst my son lives some way away we can still have a competition. How? well we both set up on a flat carpet at home from five feet. We take twenty putts and score 1 pt for a putt that is returned, minus 2 pts for a miss and 5pts for one that sticks (harder than it sounds). We have four rounds of twenty putts per day and compare scores. This focus on competition definitely improves accuracy and concentration. My top score so far over four rounds? 74 points with 7 'aces' (where the ball sticks). Can you beat that...?Update. 27 January 2021: These appear to be exactly the same on Ebay for less than £10 at the moment......That being said I am still enjoying my purchase here and use it every day during lockdown. My putting accuracy is much improved as a result.

Good little practice aid
A little expensive but well built and designed. It’s easy to set up out of the box and has some features where you can just use it for practicing your distance where it will return the ball back or if you click the centre logo, it opens a hole up and you can challenge yourself to get the ball to hold in the hole which should in theory help you with ball pace and control. All in all its a great little practice aid.

Neat but pricey
A neat gadget that can be set up anywhere in seconds. The "perfect putt" hole feature adds a challenging dimension to putting exercises and the device has had a positive impact with my game. The only downside is that it's quite expensive for what it actually is (a plastic target) so one star less with the review.

Superb training device
This training device has improved my putting no end. The idea is to encourage you to commit to putts and give you a real sense of putter speed and line. I couple with two tee pegs set either side of my putter head to give me a swing gate and I vary the distance accordingly. The perfect putt hole is a great idea as it encourages you to be softer within 4-6 feet. There are lots of different methods you can use yourself, different distances, and different games.I personally like the game of putting from about 3 feet and trying to weight it so the ball returns exactly where it was in your stance, and 3 putts from 8 feet, 6 feet, 4 feet and 2 feet and if you get one that doesn’t return straight you start again. All in all I love this thing and it will change the way you putt 100%.

A Massive Help to Putting Accuracy
I seem to remember a documentary on TV about these being designed and how they designed them to reject sideways all the putts that would have rimmed out, or you go over the top for putts too fast, and it rolls back correct putts exactly the distance it would have passed the hole had it not gone in. Magic. Anyway, these gadgets are just great. This is the original and the best and the virtually imndestructable. There are masses of pirate versions of these on a well known online auction site - these are inferior copies with, I'd guess, zero payment to the guys who researched, designed, and marketed this original. This is easily the best one - don't be tempted with an illegal cheapy.

Perfect putting.
I was looking for an indoor putting aid and decided that a mat just would not be used after the novelty wore off, as it had to be rolled up and put away when out of use. The attraction of the PuttOUT is that it focuses on those short putts that too often, I miss. Because it is relatively small, I can keep it close at hand near my putter and to use it, I simply put it on the carpet and putt.It really works. The ball is returned for successful putts and that means I don't need lots of balls all over the floor. I haven't bothered with the 'dead weight' system, as my carpet is not the same speed as the greens. I am simply trying to develop a perfect technique in order to sink putts up to six feet. I am practising for 10 minutes a day, every day and I want to reduce my handicap by three strokes by the end of the summer, simply by reducing the number of missed short putts.

Not sure
It’s maybe me, but to get the ball to sit in the hole and not roll back, to me, requires it to be hit too soft. Otherwise with the mat it’s improved my putting

Addictive yet brilliant
This contraption is absolutely brilliant. I know that it can be used as a training aid, but I've set mine up in the middle of the living room and every time i'm up i'll have a few putts. Getting the ball to go into the very small hole is incredibly difficult, it really does require the 'perfect' putt - which can lead to hours of frustration. It's perfect for keeping in the house during winter when the weather isn't all that great and you can't go and practice on the course. Be warned though, it can get stupidly addictive.
