Cannot open door using mobile app.Cannot open door using alexa.If someone is standing on the door, you need to go to the door to open the door.Very small bell button provided but not visitors.Overall this is not a smart lock just a fancy lock.Installation cost is really high.Not sturdy, can be broken easily as both side plastic material used. One can break the plastic and open the latch manually.Much more damage to door as this lock needs much more drilling and big hole in door. Not secured at all.Service is really bad, you will not be able to connect with them for many days also if you will connect, they will take request for a call back and call will come after one week.No support after service.

When I am searching about digital lock, found multiple options but it's cost is high and this lock show me low rate, so not decide due to if lock in this price range of not come good then!! But now after purchase and installation and customer service and lock durability and very good and quick response after touch. Also come with 2 your warranty. I definitely suggest to buy this one.

The product finish is very good. The setup is simple using the touch pad and the app too is easy to use. The installation was requested on the their whatsapp support and was installed the same day. Installation could have been a little better as the installation guys were not yet equipped or trained for the speedy model.

For the purpose of locking doors at home, this is an excellent and effective lock. This is a very nice product that secures home very well in a very smart manner. The installation was also completed in a timely manner. The technician provided a thorough demonstration.
