This is a valuable resource for understanding and managing that anger effectively. With its large number of techniques and tips to build a positive relationship with your child, it helps you understand and manage your emotions, recognize triggers, and communicate better with your kids. It offers insights into the root causes of anger, provides strategies for calming down, and focuses on improving parent-child relationships. I love that the book understands that parents have triggers and emphasizes that it’s not about changing who you are as a person, but about enhancing your emotional skills as a parent. It's an easy read that tackles family dynamics and how to handle tough situations. Parenting can be tough, but this book can definitely make it easier; I highly recommend it!

This book was a great read. It is a great self help book to help children with anger management. This book gives some great tips to help you with helping your children deal with anger management. I think the author did a great write and did a lot of research. This is great to even pass on to parents that I work with including parents who have children with anger problems. The author wrote this so that parents could understand with tips to help them deal with their kids, and try to have positive engagements with them. To also try to teach them better coping skills when they get angry. As a special education teacher I would share this book with other parents or other people I work with if given a chance.I would definitely give this a 5 star rating.
