This is a fun and thought provoking little game which is a nice twist on the original connect 4.However this particular unit loses most if its stars on the quality of the product itself.It's very cheaply made and when you press down the centre button, which is the main task in the game, the unit foes not function as it should most of the time. It's so wobbly and mist if the time tge balls dint move across as they shoukd and the game is ruined.To get around this you can press down both sides of the game at the same time but that's not really how it should be and isn't really acceptable. It's just not made properly and to the acceptable quality.It's not expensive so does not lose all its stars but if you were planning on playing thus and it lasting any length of time I'd go for a better quality unit.

I have been wanting to play this game with my autistic son for some months. He is an absolute whizz at connect 4 and cannot be beaten - by anyone, and trust me we've all tried. When the opportunity came to own this version of the game, i was really pleased and took it.The board itself is not fantastic quality - the peg in the middle pushes down, but doesn't really rotate anything. You have to push gently each opposing side of the board for the activation of the rotate mechanism. It is also quite small. But at £7.99 (as of 26.04.24) its also extremely economical.That aside its a great game and can be played by young and old at the same time.Also...i won against him, first time ever!!! Recommend this product.

This is interesting you try to connect 4 but every-time you pull a ball down you push the plunger and the balls move, so you need to think about where the balls will be and not where they are. It will make the kids think hard! Its cheap and worth the money, I just wish it was a larger board say 30cm square, I would happily pay more.
