OMG these things are powerful!!!! if your skin is sensitive to the touch, and/or if you have an extraordinarily low pain tolerance, then you probably will not like these things! However, if you can appreciate the concept of “no pain/no gain, you will absolutely love these things! There is one drawback, which is that if you apply them to areas of your body that are usually visible, you will not like the bruising that they cause! And yes; they will bruise you to the point where it will take weeks for the bruising to go away, and if you use them on a regular basis, the bruising will never go away. With that being said, your muscles will feel better, because this thing is like a deep tissue massage, somewhat!

I use these almost every night! They take a little getting used to but be sure to read the manual to know ask the settings. They are small so easy to throw in a suitcase and help alleviate pain. The noise isn’t bad but it’s better to be in a quiet room when using them to help you fully relax.

It works well! I like the red light along with the cupping. It really helped me with my shoulder recovery.
