These are delicious and not able to find in stores here. Don’t know what happened because they use to carry all three.

The only thing is that the yellow rice just doesn’t compare to the other 2. Wish they would come without it.

Easy to make. Lots of flavor. Nice side dish with meat or fish.

My favorite of these three rice blends is the saffron yellow rice. It doesn't have a very strong saffron flavor, so I actually put an additional healthy pinch of saffron in this which bumped it up another level. The red beans and rice is very nice the seasonings are savory and flavorful. The black beans and rice dish have a little bit of chili powder or some other kick to it which is further enhanced with your favorite Chili's or peppers. The set comes with three convenient packages for Rice side dishes that are easy to prepare with simple straightforward instructions. Each packet claims to have four one cup serving when cooked, but I think it's probably better for about 2 to 3 people unless you have several other courses in addition to this rice because the portions are a little bit on the small side.
