I bought three for my house and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It was delivered on-time and in a well-packaged box. Installing them went smoothly, although you should know that you should put your existing deadbolt below this lock, which takes a little bit extra time. Once installed, it took me only a few minutes to download the app and gain control of my lock. You can generate codes quickly, however, it creates randomized codes. To set the code to what you want, you first need to unlock the door with the new code, then you can change the code to what you want it on your app. It would be nice if you could just create new codes that you choose right away, but it's a small inconvenience and only needs to be done once. It's nice that you can name codes so it's easy to identify who unlocked the door rather than having to remember whose unique code it was. Setting a custom finger print is also easy (it only takes 4 samples of your finger to setup) and works well. The door locks instantly after entering your code or using your fingerprint. Once you have all the custom codes that you want in one lock, you can import them into other locks with a couple clicks. You cannot import custom fingerprints (to my knowledge). This product is great. It was easy to install, came with everything you need, and had clear instructions. The lock let's you do fingerprint, code, key, even the hotel key cards (which my kids thought was awesome). Door automatically locks so some may not like that but we don't mind it (you also can probably change that on the app.) Bluetooth, fingerprint, and card was easy to set up on the app. For the price we would highly recommend this!

The media could not be loaded.  This door handle offers many features that work well with the downloaded app. Some features include (fobs, keypad, biometric, onetime codes) It’s very simple installation. Though the only problem I’ve had is that sometimes it wouldn’t unlock right away but I readjusted and I believe unlocks smoothly now.

This is my 2nd Lock I Purchased from here & I am Amazed of the Quality, how easy it is to install, Software function- 5 stars. I use these on my vacation rental properties which the door is opening and closing all days and have worked perfect. Fingerprint also works great. Batteries have lasted 7 months & still have 80% left. I would Definitely order the GATEWAY, but not necessary so you can connect from anywhere and, check the battery level, unlock it remotely, add codes from anywhere, see who open the door with date and times. I’ve used commercial remote locks for many years and this lock blows them away in price and functions. Master override key, I Like the regular key rather then the Laser key cut just because laser key copies are $25 vs $3. if you need more keys to give out then what come with this kit, Special the amount of times you will need to use the key. also, No monthly service fee.
