Great product. Fast shipping. Moist. Adding a bit of finely grated carrot to the mix makes it taste like home-made.

Great flavor. Substituted applesauce for eggs. Added fav extras. Baked in oversized muffin tin. These froze well so I had plenty for a few weeks of morning muffins with a soft cream cheese.

Very tasty and moist. i do 'doctor it up' a bit with some extra shredded fresh carrots, but other than that, this is just as good -- and a whole lot easier than making one from scratch :-) Definitely recommend.

My hubby bought this cake mix for my birthday this year after hearing me say how much I missed having carrot cake (tree nut allergy in the house so nothing with pecans or walnuts allowed around). After confirming the ingredients did not have the allergen included, making the cake was a breeze. The dry cake mix had an amazing aroma of spice and there were even tiny shreds of dehydrated carrots visible.The only complaint I really have is the amount of spice included. It was very spicy and even gave my hubby heartburn after eating a slice later that night. Otherwise, it was yummy and I'd buy it again if only to keep on hand for my next craving!

I love this cake mix ...it is Yummy It also can do a traditional live cake or cupcakes.
