Awesome chair
I purchased this chair just over a year ago and I felt it's wrong for me to not give it a review. This is only my experience with this product so far.I picked up an open-box unit that they had at the time. The description said that the only thing wrong was that the original box was damaged. Its original box arrived as described within another perfectly fine box. All tools and necessary hardware was included. Instruction made it easy to figure out and assembly went smooth. I did purchase different wheel casters at the time to swap out since the plastic wheels included with 99% of this segment of office chairs are awful. The build quality is good. The mesh is way more comfortable than I imagined and it has retained its stiffness since day one, which was one of my concerns with these type of ergo chairs. I sit in this chair for work, easily 6 hrs a day, and it has yet to give me any type of soreness or fatigue. Again, another concern I had. It's also common for hardware to loosen, causing creaking and unwanted wobbliness after a lot of use, but this chair has held up pretty well throughout the year. Every now and then I check just to make sure, but it has been solid. I never use the recline functions for many of its capabilities so I can't speak too much on it, but I do like a slight recline at times and the locking mechanism has worked fine in every instance. The same applies to the height adjustments. I set it at my desired height and it's rarely changing from that position. All around good chair. Would buy again.

Brand new chair - leans to the right side
This is the same chair that I have at my desk at the office where I work. However, with me spending more time working remotely, I decided to purchase it for myself. I was very excited to receive the chair, as it's incredibly comfortable for long periods of sitting at a desk and has great lumbar support. When the chair arrived yesterday, I hurriedly brought the box inside and began setting out all the pieces. The assembly of the chair was extremely easy, even for me: a 5"2', 100 lb female. Got the chair put together in a total of 45 minutes from its unboxing to a functioning chair. With glee, I scooted it over to my home office desk and promptly began twirling around - as one does - and began testing how it will function in my existing workspace. After about forty minutes, as the excitement died down, I began to notice that something was off about the chair. After another twenty-five to thirty minutes, I noticed a sharp pain in my back. Thinking I just strained myself lifting the pieces alone, I ignored it and went about the rest of my evening. This morning, with fresh eyes, I noticed that the chair was leaning to one side. After sitting in the chair, I could feel the tilt to the right and my back instantly started hurting again.I put a level across the armrests; the chair was leaning hard to the right. Thinking I may have unevenly tightened the screws connecting the seat to the swivel base, I completely removed the seat and placed it back on the base - tightening each screw down a little at a time to ensure it was evenly tightened. No luck; the chair still tilted hard to the right side. I removed the seat completely and placed the level across the swivel base. The base itself is leaning. I placed the level at the bottom of the chair to check if the casters were uneven - the casters and the legs of the chair are level. Please see the images attached.I'm very upset and incredibly disappointed. I spent a lot of money on a chair only to have it be useless. I have no idea how to resolve this problem.

Good customer support.
7-22-2020update:I made an error in my review below, so i removed it. The angle brace looks plastic, but it is metal underneath the plastic. If your armrest is wobbly, user your hex tool that came with the chair and titan it .The company so kindly reached out to me and replaced both arm rest assemblies . The design change. I was happy to see, the top of the rest where your arm sits is now FLAT, not "u" shape making this much more comfortable. The rest is still a hard rubber, so durable, yet uncomfortable. It is a change in the right direction, but will probably need to buy a squishy arm cover. The vertical movement in the arm rest feel to have better quality and a tighter spring, than the last one. I plan to update my review in a few months as to if this pair holds up.--------------Do not buy this chair. It kills me I paid so much for it. By far my $40 chairs are better built.Likes: I do like the back tilt that stops wherever is conformable. The seat is uncomfortable but for a value chair, one might consider it Ok.Dislike: I hate the arm rests. Unless your body type perfectly matches the chair and you never change, then the arm rest might work for you, but if you are a part of the 99.9999% of humanity, then your elbows will be uncomfortable. I have a blanket laying across it to make it barrable. This is the clincher: The left arm rest keeps slipping down and I have to push the button and pull it back up. I check, tomorrow is 3 months since ordering it.lThis chair is garbage. I really hate this chair and its problems all centers around the arm rests.
