The auto fill is not working you just need to push it down
It has been great addition to my kitchen, however, since the first bag change the suction function after sealing the bag is not working properly and no one replied from the customer support, there's no instructions for it besides turn it off and on again, it's annoying but you just push the bag downward and the rest will be fine. Three stars for the bad customer support!

These are the authentic bags and I have tried the other bags which tout same but they are NOT the same - the product that does not sell via Airdeer is not as good as these. They work EVERYTIME!
