I recently picked up the LARA STAR Weight Lifting Wrist Straps, and they have made a huge difference in my workouts. The straps provide excellent grip support and stability, allowing me to lift heavier weights with confidence. The material feels durable, and the straps are easy to adjust for a comfortable fit.

These fit/work well. They even work well on the thicker bars of e-gym equipment for lat pulls and rows. The open design also keeps my hands from overheating. These are made pretty rugged; looks like they will hold up.

They help with grip and give my fiancé confidence when trying heavy lifts and help support wrists

I go to the gym 5 days a week and these have lasted me two years.

The extra thick wrap is more difficult to wrap around dumbbells. The fact that it’s a short strap actually offers less support than a longer, wider one. The big cushioned wrist part makes it impossible to listen to music while lifting, since there’s no way to stop it from pressing the side button on my Apple Watch, no matter how conscious of it I am. These were cute, and they kinda work, but a classic wrist wrap is better for heavy lifting.

Really glad I have these for my outdoor gym. I’ve been weightlifting for two years and I’ve never gotten used to having calluses on my palms from the bar. Bought these originally for use in cold weather (an ice cold barbell doesn’t sound appealing haha), but I LOVE them for the comfort and wrist stability. I went with the green color since its a sporty bright like green but not overly neon green!! They offer great grip on my barbell.
