Found out why this was on sale for Black Friday. The lip gloss was expired, dried out and old. The top part that the applicator goes into came completely off and the product was dry and cakey. Beware buying makeup “on sale”. I expected more from a high end brand like ABH, but I guess you get what you pay for. Sending it back as damaged goods.

First let me say, I really like Anastasia products. This lip product is terrible in so many ways. The Crush color is drab and more brown than shown in the pictures. But even worse is the texture of the matte finish. It makes you look like a corpse. It’s just bad and I hate that I spent $25 on this.

This is about the 6th tube of Crush color liquid lipstick I have purchased. I have about 8 other Anastasia liquid lipstick colors but I seldom use them. I keep reaching for this over and over. Anastasia liquid lipstick lasts longer than the many others I have tried. Yes is it is matte and a satin or creme in this color would be great but I have found that overcoating it with Cover Girl Lasting Color clear will make it look creamier. I don't do that very often, but do occasionally if my lips look dry with it on. I hope that Anastasia keeps making this color despite the other reviews. I think a lot depends on skin color as to how any lipstick color looks as per the swatches shown in the description for the product.
