High quality equipment.

Works very well. Silent and doesn’t get warm, even under load. The SFP+ port is great for both uplinks and downlinks, and supports 10 gig ethernet or fiber adapters.

Installed and fired up just fine. Worked for 1 month just fine. Then it died. (Temp replacement POE switch works fine, so it's not the wiring or other H/W.) Out of the 30 day return window, so I called customer service and left a message. Crickets. We'll see how this turns out, but I'm not hopeful. UPDATE (24 SEP 2025): Once you write a bad review, they are very responsive. Received replacement switch, and everything is working.

The previous 2.5G switch I purchased heated up and throttled. - conclusion: This switch is good enough and economical enough that I may purchase several of them and cascade them.
