I had started using the Depo shot last year, and it seriously messed with my period. I had heavy cramping and a period everyday for months and months. I had read somehwhere that rosehip tea was a great and natural way to ease period symptoms, so I ordered this out of desperation. I am so glad that I did! It does kind of aid with the cramping. If you down a few cups of this a day, then it will give you a lighter period. At least, it helped with mine. I usually left the bag in the entire time that I was drinking the tea, no sugar or milk. It has a pretty tart taste, but nothing too bad or overpowering. I loved it! It was slightly fruity, slightly rosy. I could drink a few cups of this back to back without wanting something else. I mostly love the benefits that come with drinking rosehip tea! Rosehips have 50% more vitamin c than oranges so this is an amazing and delicious way to get your daily dose of vitamin c. It also has a ton of vitamin a, which is a great way to tone and strengthen your skin. Additionally you’ll find amounts of vitamins D, E, K, and minerals such as calcium, iron, silicon, selenium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc. Rosehip is a natural mild laxative, so that is something to be wary of. I love how it helped with my bloating and nausea that I get pretty regularly. There are so many more benefits to Rosehip tea that everyone should research. This specific tea was such a great deal! To get 60 tea bags for such a low price is insane! I am definitely ordering again when I run out of my other tea bags. This may be one of the only teas that I buy in the future. It's so much better for such a better price. I definitely recommend this to everyone.
