How long is this suppose to be boiled for? No directions on package.

It actually does say cooking directions on the package in small writing on the back side! The cooking time is approximately 17-20 minutes. If you like your pasta al dente, taste it from time to time to see if it is cooked to your liking. Boil 1 quart water and 1 tsp salt per 4 oz of Spaetzle. Add the Spaetzle to the salted boiling water and cook on high for approximately 17-20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then strain, serve and enjoy!
