I received my First Funko Figure with a totally damaged box (the post package was unharmed) and I’m collecting Funkos. I reached out to get a new one, which came right away the next day. Which is a good thing. BUT: Same Problem again, not as damaged as the first one, but also not in great shape, more like I would’ve buyed a used one than a new one. The Post package was unharmed, but the Funko Box itself again ripped, dented and with scratches on the clear vision area. That really makes me mad since I wanted to add this to my collection, but not in that shape…
