Missing and Damaged Cycle Parts
I am writing to bring to your attention the issues with the cycle I received. Several parts are missing, including the handle bolt, gear screws, and mirror. Additionally, there are multiple scratches, areas where the color has worn off, and visible damage across various parts.Despite reaching out for a return pick-up, I have not received any timely response. Kindly address this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

Bicycle is good and chasis is also strong. you need mechanic to install the cycle , no guidelines provided in the packing. gear shifting problem but I think it can fixed by repairer. With price range bicycle is good
