Had a change of heart about this supplement, it did come in handy when needed . Better than nothing. But for someone like me, Ihad to take a few more than the recommended dose to take the edge off . If cost is an issue these are not bad for the price . I will get bupleurum again but not this brand . I'm going to search for a little stronger quality bupleurum .

This is an outstanding Chinese herbal formula. It REALLY works! It is Xia Yao Wan "Free and Easy Wanderer" in Chinese. It's great for when I'm stressed out or have digestive issues. I used to buy the Chinese imported version in Philly's Chinatown, but I now prefer to purchase Chinese formulas from American sources, when possible, for safety reasons. I also like Planetary Herbals Yin Chiao with Echinacea. It's amazing for colds/flu. If you take it at the onset or when people around you are sick, this will knock it out before you know it.As for Nutricity....I should have ordered it from Amazon. I emailed Nutricity to see if they could expedite the processing (not the shipping), and I was told no. I'm not sure why it takes 4-5 days to process... Anyway, I wrote back to thank them for their response and to politely express my disappointment, and in response Nutricity cancelled-my-order. I then promptly ordered it from Amazon prime instead. Lesson learned.

I’ve had panic attack’s for years. This stuff has saved my life. You can take up to 16 a day. And it kicks in fast. It works better than the volume I used to take. I’d rather be natural that take chemical.

I’ve been taking Sun-Ten and I like this better. It is a little more potent and you get more for your money as well.
