This "Inspired Book Set" is a fantastic gift for any young fan of the series it is inspired by. My nine-year-old son has read and reread this series a few times already, as he is a huge fan of the game and even plays his own creative imaginary versions of the game on his own. The book series follows a main character "Red" in a detective-like fashion where the reader is given clues as to who the imposter might be. It is a very involved and exciting series, following similar to the gameplay while adding an inner voice and imaginative structure.At first, I was concerned that it might be too violent, as the game it is based off of does allude to a lot of violence. However, this book series maintains the boundary that the game itself does as well. If your child has already played Among Us, then this book series will not speak of or show anything they would not have already experienced in game. I personally found that the most unpleasant images were in the coloring book which can be removed before gifting without disrupting the book series itself.If your child is a fan of the Among Us game, this is a great series to encourage reading and inspiration for their own creative play. The books are well written and captivating, while maintaining boundaries and only alluding to violence. The coloring book does cross this boundary slightly and as previously mentioned, can be removed without disrupting the literary set.

Every once in a while something comes along that's a gift for fans of a franchise. And by that I mean that these gifts tend to be general collections of fun stuff that a fan might like. And that's what this is: fan fiction, a coloring book, and a strategy guide.It's no secret that Among Us is a big hit with little kids and my nephew is no different. But at heart, this is a relatively simple game with simple characters. There's only so much you can get to support your fandom. Props to this set for attempting to expand kids' horizons.But it's still unlicensed fan fiction (one of these is even a crossover with Minecraft, so it's definitely unlicensed), so your mileage may vary. The coloring book is great for little kids and the strategy guide less so. It's all in a neat package. For younger fans like my nephew, this will make a great gift.

This book set is the perfect gift for the kids who are currently into the Among Us gaming community. Obviously a game based on murder may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's done in a very comical and non-gory way. My son is 8 and has enjoyed playing the game for a few years now. I'm not sure how much longer the fad will last, but he's also an avid reader and loved a similar book set based off FNAF (though I won't let him play FNAF yet). He hasn't seen these but based on what I've seen, these are right around his reading level. With Xmas right around the corner, this would great a great gift or stocking stuffer, plus encouraging kids to read is a better option than candy canes and dollar store junk.. it's even better than getting a lump of coal!

Kiddo is 10 and loves Among Us. He really enjoyed the for chapter books. Hes not really into coloring so we gave that one to my nephew. He said the guide book was somewhat useful but that he knew most of it already.So judging on the books alone its worth it. If you are looking for a great strategy guide this might not be it unless its for a very new player.

This is pretty simple, and there's not much I can say except it's like 5 in 1 in the gift department. This boxed set has 5 books, 1 being a coloring book. The pages are a larger print like a lot of elementary grade books are. Any one who is a fan can appreciate this little set. My son thought it was the coolest. It came in perfect condition, so I really have nothing to say except it was perfect for my little man who loves this group of characters. I think it's pretty decent myself and have zero complaints about quality at all.

I know my son is going to love these small chapter books. My older daughter helped me unbox my packages when this came in and she herself was impressed with the books. They come in a neat box and are very vibrant. The print is large and easy to read so I know my son will enjoy reading these on his own. I recommend this book set for any Among Us fan or kids that have just moved up to chapter books.

This book set's value may depend on what you're looking for in it. These are decently well-written for an Among Us-themed children's book set. All of the narrative books have coherent storylines and would be understandable to a child without being too simplistic. There aren’t many visuals, so if you are looking for a more picture-style book for a younger child, this may not be a good fit. The guidebook isn’t bad either and goes into detail about optimal game strategy, and the coloring book is always fun. If you are interested in the meme potential of this set, want it as a gag gift, or have a kid who is particularly interested in Among Us, this could be a decent buy; however, personally, I wouldn’t be willing to pay the asking price for what it was.

Hey, kids love Among us. If kids don't love reading, get them these books and then they will enjoy reading! There's a lot in the one pack, so it will last your kid a while and provide a lot of fun reading time. The books themselves are actually pretty good. My daughter was enjoying them and laughing a lot.
