My rowing coach put me on these but I would never go back!! I always feel better and hydrated when I drink them as a D1 athlete and they taste amazing. It doesn’t taste too salty and I even drink them when I canoe long distances (70mile race) and this is the only product that doesn’t burn my mouth. I use these daily and 100% worth it. I won’t spend money on protein because I’m a broke college student but I will always have these stock piled. Both taste great but when I drink the blue on lighter workouts and red on harder workouts just for consistency within my training. I am not a fan of the taste lemon lime but that’s just me not liking lemon or lime.

This is basically liquid crack! OMG it is awesome ! Tastes just like Hawaiian Punch. I usually don’t like any of these powders enough to drink the entire thing of water but I can’t stop drinking these. Delicious.

This is the elecrolyte drink for everyone who hates electrolytes! These are DELICIOUS!! Dissolve easily, I love that the packets can be throw in a bag and added to your water on the go. The taste reminds me of koolaid your mom would make on a hot summer day as a kid! We live where it’s hot and electrolytes save us on hot sweaty days! Must try!!

This is my go to hydration powder. I get the best results from BUM. I've compared to others and have been using electrolyte powders for over 25 years. My only complaint was when I received the package both boxes where already open although each had 20 packets in it I could tell it wasn't from shipping. The three stars is only for the seller not the product.

If you cannot drink enough water that medics recommend Drinking this will restore your electrolytes. The lemon is too sour for me, the fruit punch was out of stock. I got the Blue
