Bought these as a last resort to hopefully cure my mouse problem in the roof, still a bit early but hopefully they will work.

Not working. I had luck with old fashion ones with peanut butter on them, but these I would return if I could, as no-one was not interested in the bait. Been sitting in my loft for nearly 6 months untouched and friends are still running around 😤

These are bait boxes, they do not trap. Ordered these based on the ‘trap’ description but when I inspected the box suspected that whatever goes in can walk right back out again. Put the question out twice and answers from other buyers were mixed. There seems to be confusion so to categorically state ‘they do not trap’ This is really important to know for anyone who has pets at home. You are likely to have a poisoned rodent roaming around putting your pets and potentially neighbours pets at risk of being poisoned. The rodent goes in, eats poison bait and walks out to die somewhere and some time later. Both my cat and my dog would pick up a live or dead mouse if found. So whilst I had answers to my question from other buyers that these boxes were effective, I feel they are too high risk around the home where other pets in particular are. They are a definite no from me. The description is misleading, just glad I checked before use. Please be aware.

Living near fields becomes a problem with mice in the house. As I have pets I find it difficult to put down traps . These boxes were great . Safe and small enough to put up high on shelves and under kitchen units.

I place the 5 boxes in areas where I know there is mice activity. I put one in the kitchen and 2 in the hall. I also put 2 into my living room where I have seen a mouse while I am sitting watching television. Two boxes have activity as they have moved from where I have placed them so the mice are going into the boxes to bite the bait. Hopefully soon the mice will disappear.
