Barely Fruits Nor Seeds, Just plain O' Sugary Lotus Root Powder!
85-95% sugary lotus root powder and barely any fruit and seeds, some black sesame seeds. It's not worth the price. I get more cereal and grain snacks from buying them somewhere else.
