Purchased this and it arrived yesterday. It doesn’t work. It literally worked for about 10 breaths. It’s either faulty or wasn’t full.Update- the seller sent a new one straight away which works. They called me to ask if it was resolved. Great customer service.

It lives up to what it says on the can literally its a pity usage carnt be shown in some way probably safety aspects

Very slow flow

Initially I received a canister, I raised some issues with the seller. They immediately sent a replacement which was of excellent quality. The after sales support is second to none. They are a medium sized family owned company which takes its service quality very seriously and upholds quality and customer service standards. I recommend this company and if you are in the business of oxygen dispensary this is the seller to use. Thank you so much.

Air flow is so light, impossible to even feel it! Take a few deep breaths of fresh air! Works better, and free!! Waste of money!!!!!!!

Good does what it says

After deep disappointment with a faulty canister, I was surprised and delighted to receive a replacement by return of post. Subsequently I have had the best customer service I could expect, and so I have come back to amend my feedback. I have confidence in their explanation of the fault in the first order and so ordered the same product for an elderly friend who wants to try oxygen as I did.

These canisters arrived promptly and have been very beneficial.
