Be careful not to let the wife see it!
When this arrived in the post, The Devil's Disciple got quite excited. (In fact she was quivering so much, I thought she'd been playing with her customised Rabbit again.) Seems she thought I'd bought her something inspired by a book she's become fond of - a tome about various tones of grey I believe.Anyway, I quickly disabused her of the notion that it was something for her, not least because it's neither her birthday or Christmas. (And why she should think I'd buy her anything as expensive as this is beyond me. She just isn't worth it!)Anyway, having checked the drinks cupboard was locked, I fitted this mount onto my bike, strapped on the watch and headed out for a ride with friends, during which the mount worked perfectly. So, buy with confidence!

Useful piece of rubber
Ultimately it's just a piece of rubber, but it's being sold at half the price of the official Garmin piece of rubber so gets a positive review! As others have said, the cable ties are not required unless you want to permanently fix the rubber to the bike - I just tighten the watch strap when using as a bike computer and you're good to go, you can easily whip the rubber off the bike at other times.

Good item for the price
Needed a mount for my Garmin Forerunner 110 so that I could use it on my husbands bike when I go out on it. The official mount is over twice the price but doesn't look any different apart from having a logo on it. I haven't used the ties to hold the mount to the handlebars as it's not needed as a permanent fixture but the rubber is soft and flexible enough to put it on without damaging the paintwork and once the strap is tightened the mount is firmly in place.Good value for money!

excellent bit of kit
I bought this to attach my garmin running watch to my new bike. I thought it would be easier to look down on the handlebars rather than at my wrist. At £6 this allows my running gps watch to double up as a cycling computer. When I unpacked the mount I had to poke the cable ties through it and this was a wee bit tricky but nothing to worry about and I had it fitted on my bike in seconds. It fits my watch perfectly and is an ideal solution. It is buying me some time in terms of whether I want to invest in a cycle specific computer but in the meantime allows me to use a watch I already had. In truth, this might be the final choice as it is so simple and it looks fine. I highly recommend this.

Simple & Effective Solution to Mounting Pebble Smart Watch
This is a near perfect solution for mounting my Pebble Smart Watch to my handlebars so I can use Google maps and cycling apps. Rubberized to fit most handlebars, even with cable routing beneath. A good size that will fit nearly all smart watches. Only reason review is not 5 stars, the cable ties supplied are truly awful, all six snapped before tightening. A very minor point but frustrating none the less. Overall recommended.

Handy watch mount!
Used this a few times for my Pebble watch which I'd set up to give turn by turn directions. It was OK but the tie-wraps would snap occasionally which was a bit of a nuisance - I think perhaps they hadn't been stored very well prior to dispatch. Don't use it any more now, but I guess it did the job when I did use it.

I previously strapped by watch to handlebars and sometimes couldn't get the fit right This is great, it's shaped to fit watch yo
Makes using your forerunner watch so much easier on the bike. I previously strapped by watch to handlebars and sometimes couldn't get the fit right This is great, it's shaped to fit watch you can tighten the strap easily and you don't get that annoying rattle. One tip if you don't use the ties you can move the pad from one bike to another works perfectly well without the ties
