Q: Does the material begin to sag after hours of wear like some other boxer briefs? Im looking for a new brand for my husband.

These are the best underwear that do not sag IF you do not run them in the dryer. They last for years in very good shape. Once you put something in the dryer with elastic in it, the heat will over time, cause sagging and baggy anything. THEY ARE expensive, to me, so I never put them in the dryer and we're on 4-5 years now with some of the ones we've bought! My husband loves these underwear a lot.

Q: Where are Saxx manufactured?

No idea, but if you have a substantial package, you either need to be a Chaturbate showman or a masochist to wear these. Think Boston Ball Strangler. If you do anything but posture and showoff, you MAY live to regret it. But that's just my experience, maybe yours will be better. They ARE different, for sure.
