I have heard many positive remarks about Tim Hortons, but I never imagined that I would enjoy it so much, let alone order it. I have previously experimented with various types of coffee, ranging from Starbucks and Peets Coffee to more specialized and artisanal varieties. I have also tried Dark Roast, Medium Roast, and Light Roast. Personally, I prefer medium roast coffee. I enjoy the chocolatey flavor that is neither too bitter nor too acidic. Regarding this particular coffee, it is a medium roast that leans towards the darker side but remains firmly within the medium roast category. In terms of the bean's darkness, it also falls somewhere in the middle. Additionally, the beans are incredibly user-friendly, ranking among the easiest to work with in my opinion. When it comes to grinding, they grind very quickly, and I tend to use more grams of this coffee compared to others. I can use it for various brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over. Overall, this is a highly versatile coffee bean. It is without a doubt that among the establishments such as Starbucks, Peets Coffee, Coffee Bean, and even Dutch Bros., Tim Hortons stands out as the superior choice in terms of flavor, in my opinion. Their coffee bean offerings are simply unmatched in their deliciousness.

Wow this is good coffee. And with what is going on in the world, YES! Tim Horton's and a grinder is all you need for a great way to start the morning. I like this particular blend as you can brew is weak and it is still "Americano" strong, or you can brew it according to normal directions and it will punch you in the face like a hockey player. but it's not bitter. It's not burned or harsh, and it doesn't have that ammonia-taste many dark coffees have. It's just pure "coffee" flavor, but like I mentioned, it runs a bit strong, so grind it fresh and use sparingly until you find your preferred balance. LOTS of caffeine punch also. Don't plan on sleeping any time soon.
